Simple MP3 Player App Reviews
Absolutely perfect!!
Easy to use, very adaptable, does exactly what I want and I do not have to use iTunes bloatware. Incredible!
Love it !!!
This takes up little space on the screen, it works great, it was what I wanted, I love it!
I was looking for a simple player for WMA files. This seemed fine. Opened it up. Dropped the file onto the player and . . . . wait for it. . . . nothing. Hmm, I must be doing something wrong, but can’t imagine what so i went to the support site. What do i find? I found myself in an endless loop between a page that lists all of the different apps the company has the Apple App webpage for the program. Apparently, there is no support. So it seems that the issue isn’t that I don’t know how to drop and drag the file, but rather than I bought the app in the first place.
Wouldn’t work with Yosemite on my machine.
I am looking for a simple music player to bypass the complexity and aggressiveness of iTunes. This one clearly isn’t it.
Does Not Work
Waste of money - does not work at all.
If you keep your expectations realistic, this player does exactly what it’s supposed to… play MP3s. It also plays a number of other audio file formats, like WAV and is perfect for listening to e-mail attachments like voicemails without invoking the full iTunes app. I read the negative reviews and think many of them are from people who didn’t take the time to learn how this software works. For $1.99 it’s a great deal. I am happy with my purchase and you will be too if you take a little time to play around with it.
Doesn’t work properly
I paid for this so I wouldn’t have to hassle with ads, or subscriptions and the price was reasonable. But not for what I got. The AI generated music can be deleted, so if you create a playlist it has to include the AI songs. Also, the loop function doesn’t work either. If these two things were fixed, I’d give it a 5 star, because it so simple to use and small, exactly what I wanted on my desktop.
Greaat simple MP3 player
I don't know why everyone is complaining This is just what the name says it is. You drag an MP3 file onto the little player, and it plays the song. It will play one song or 15 songs, in order or suffled. It doen't take anytime to open or load a MP3. I am learning to play an instrument. I have lots of 30 second and 1 minute MP3 examples. I can't use iTunes for these simple playback examples. iTunes is too robust. If you want to create music playlists and a library of albums, then Use iTunes. If you want a simple MP3 player, use this app.
USELESS OLD GARBAGE
Love to get my money back on this worthless junk of an 'mp3 player'!! It does NOT work on recent Mac OS systems - this is ancient crap software - the last revision was over SIX years ago. Apple should kick it out of the App Store. No Support from vendor either - don't waste your time and money like I did.
Too simple.
You can't drag a folder onto it to add all mp3 files in the folder; you have to select one or more actual mp3 files, and drag them onto it.
Very simple. Great for those with a lot of MP3s
I have over a Teribyte of mp3's. It's nice to drop straight from the files. It even shuffles. Just wish it showed the Artist.
Does What it Says
It's worth $4.00 but remember to extend the sleep time on your Mac or the MP 3 player will shut down with it :)
Not Hi Fi for CDs
I just wanted a simple CD player that had loop and shuffle modes. This player did that, but I notice mp3 quality sound when I play CDs.
Simple means simple
Key points - Don’t over anticipate - this app is basic that’s why there are no detailed instructions. Neve able to makethe “clone” for audio files (no instructions. It’s worth 99 cents not $2.99 even with inflation.
No frills
plays thumb drives I use in cars which is all I expected and wanted. simple to use, as there are very poor instructions, and uses almost no memory. I’ve loaded over 1000 songs with no problem.
for the audiophiles!
this is a graet player for mp3 audiophiles. very easy to use!
Great & Easy to use app!
Great and easy to use for playing music!
doesn’t work!
running High Sierra 10.13.3. it doesn’t work. Drop the song on as directed, nothing happens, doesn’t play… waste of money. Wish I had read the “recommendations” first. Piece of junk and no support
